A great way to try new things

There are lots of people complaining about the sizes but if you actually read the description it's quite clear what you get. This is an expensive product (possibly the mist expensive kit they've ever fobe) but, benefit is a premium brand and in my experience it lasts. if you worked out individual prices you do get your moneys worth (the 5 mini blushes would be £85 on thier own) but obviouslythisbis a pick and mix sonit dies depend on usability. The packaging is cute but the boxes are far too big for the products inside so I can understand people feeling ripped off. I was disappointed when benefit changed all thier blushes anyway (so many products I used everyday now gone) and the blushes in this kit do all seem to be very dark so for a someone fair like me this is a little daunting and i wonder if I'll actually use them - only 1 out of the 5 is a paler tone. The little fun size lip colours are a great formula but not enough difference in the colours, all 4 and just subtle variations of orangey red. Love that there are skin care items as well as makeup and as usual for benefit everything smells divine. Personally I travel a lot so love a miniature product as I can take my whole makeup kit in a quarter of the space and not have to compromise on quality or worry about airline rules. Not sure this totally hits the mark but I loved it anyway (gifted) Would recommend to a friend if i knew thier makeup preference and that they understood benefit as a brand but this won't be for everyone.

Dreadful

This is a terrible advent calendar and definitely not value for money. The products are samples - doll sized. And lots of repetition of the same thing. 3 lip glosses which are tiny and practically the same colour.I have bought several different beauty advent calendars and this is definitely the worst. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

I bought this calendar for my daughter and so far I'm incredibly disappointed. As other reviewers have said, the packaging is great but the products themselves are tiny! The size you're given free if you buy something in store. I'd really hoped for more as it was expensive when purchased.

awful sizes

all the items in the calender are mini sizes stupidest advent calender ever not worth the money i would honestly pay less than $50 for it if not like 25 at most all the prodects which are SAMPLE size are like one time use

Would give 0 if I could

This calendar is awful. The full size to "mini" ratio is terrible for such a pricy calendar and the value is VERY misleading. Their "minis" are not minis. They're samples so the mini value they add is even less. Don't know how that's even legal to misrepresent.

Christmas calendar

Extremely disappointed if I wanted min sample sizers I would have gone and got tester. Or maybe gone and brought full size of the items I like. I was brought this as a gift by husband. I feel like he been ripped of such a shame.

Extremely disappointing

I've bought several beauty advent calendars from other suppliers and they are great but this one is not. The products are not even mini size they are 'fun' size. Not much fun as far as I am concerned. Terrible waste of money.

If you Travel, buy this!!

Wow! I love this set! Super cute packaging (folding basket is awesome!) Also, I guess I can understand why some may think this isn't priced well however there is a value in travel size items for some people(like me)!! I travel weekly for work and I am always looking for ways to thin out my make up bag. These would even be great to make a mini make up bag for an office or purse! The mini Benetint over the regular size? So in love with this set, I feel like I should have bought two!

A LOT OF MINIS IN A ROW

It is a good advent calendar however for the price you get a LOT of minis in a row and the benetint is faulty it's pure water with a tiny of red should not be soo watery!!!

Not worth the price

Most of the products weren't even 'mini' or 'small', they were sample sizes. Very disappointing.

i think this advent is absolutely atrocious complete waste of my money. at such an expensive price i would at least expect some full sized things! everything thing in it is so small and a disgrace. i have had several beauty advent calendars in the past and this is by far the worst one ever. would not recommend to anyone ever .

Skip it!!

Bought this for my daughter and was a big disappointment. Too many sample sizes and not enough full size items. The packaging sold me, but that was the best thing about this. The brow pencil was tiny with cheap packaging and didn't even have a lid. The blush is lacking pigment. Do yourself a favor and go with a different advent calendar.
