Use it right!

People seem to be confused on how this product works, it is heat activated! It works best when blow drying and straightening to my knowledge as I have never used it before curling my hair. You apply it on wet/damp hair. It will make your hair crusty and sticky if applied on dry hair or is not treated with heat after application. I think it is intended as a heat protectant and I have used it as so when blow drying my natural curls. It helps with frizz but nothing special if thats what you're looking for. Hope this helps people! I have repurchased this product because it helps with frizz, shine, and sleekness but I would love to find a good dupe that is also cruelty free :)

won't go without anymore.

Both my daughter (extra long, straight and slightly processed hair) and I (extra long wavy greying hair) use this product. Results completely vary based on how you apply it. It really needs to be applied on wet, towel dried hair, and must coat every hair from root to ends and lastly, you need to blow dry it with the appropriate tools. If we don't follow those instructions, we might as well not use it. That said, when applied properly, hair looks very healthy, shines and tangles less. Color Wow is also much better than my other heat protection products.

my hair is curly & after using this it's been straight for days without using any heat! i have a at home blow out!! i l love 10/10 recommend for the curly head community (i used put pictures for reference! <3

Literally buy anything else

I don't understand the hype. I have long wavy-curly hair that's prone to frizz. This was like putting water on my hair. This didn't give me shine nor did it help my frizz. Actually, my frizz was worse. Instead of my normal somewhat frizzy wavy-curly hair, I ended up with pure frizz.

Did nothing

You have to use a good amount in general but it literally felt like I was spraying water.

I buy a new bottle every time the old one runs out

I've been using this hair treatment for years and swear by it. Accidentally got a sample of it years ago, and now I purchase it the moment the bottle is empty. My hair almost looks like I'm out of a movie set after applying the spray to damp hair and blowdrying it. Even when I had to switch to a simpler, cheaper shampoo & conditioner, this treatment helped me make my hair look really good. I use it twice a week or so and highly recommend it. A large 200 ml bottle lasts me a year or perhaps even longer.

The shine is visible after the use of this spray !! Highly recommended 👍🏼

Part of my hair routine

I use this product every two weeks. If you have frizzy hair then this is for you! Just make sure you read the instructions as this requires heat activation. I put this on generously after I wash my hair, blow dry, and then style. You don't need to use this every wash, for me every 2 weeks is perfect. Keeps my hair less frizzy.

Ever since I started applying this to my hair, I've received so many compliments at work! I apply it differently than how the directions say. I apply before using my curling iron, and then spray a little more after, then brush my curls out.

Great for natural hair.

I gave this product as a gift to my hair stylist in December 2022. She's used that bottle up, has gotten the industrial size and the extra strength version. I'd recommend the extra strength if you have really thick hair. This works. We did a style recently wear she silk pressed half of my hair and the other half was in cornrows. The pressed side stayed straight for a week before I washed it. It rained and snowed that week. I put on my rain hat and my hair was fine afterwards. The few drops that got on my hair caused slight frizz, I took a hair roller and touched up that part over night. My hair stayed sleek for days. My hair reverted without issue when I washed it.

I don't normally leave reviews but this product is a "wow" for me. Completely changed my blow out. It made my hair so smooth, so easy to blow out and left it with a gorgeous sheen. An absolute must.
