Lip Pencil

Broke before I could sharpen it even once. Poor. Very disappointing product. So much money spent for nothing.

This stuff is amazing. It does exactly what it claims to— Lip stick stays put and does not feather or bleed. Plus, matte color stays matte. It doesn’t turn into a slippery mess. Red lip stick stays on my lips and not on my teeth. It’s a bit pricy for liner, but totally worth it. Plus, it seems to last a long time. it’s semi firm, but not so hard it’s difficult to apply and tugs at your skin.

Pencil with few strokes

This might be going back because the top already broke after the 2nd use. I didn’t even get a chance to sharpen it. I’m disappointed:-( with this pencil.

Lasted maybe 10-12 applications--not enough produc

The product was actually ok, but there was enough in there to last maybe 10-12 applications. I had to sharpen after each use since there would be no product left on the tip after one application. Despite the appearance of a pencil, the product is only in a very small portion at the tip of the pencil.

So far so good. Definite Holy Grail potential!!

I love that I can wear this with any lip color

LOVE the transparent liner! I wear a million different shades of lipstick, so buying a liner for every shade would be a craaaazy expensive investment. This works with ANY color. I also love the fact that you can also cover your lips with it completely and use it as a primer. It deffintly works!

The only lip liner you'll ever need...

I needed a colorless/universal lip liner, and after reading a lot of product descriptions and reviews, I ordered this. It's a keeper! I line the very outermost part of my lips and apply whatever lipstick I want, out to the edge of the pencil line (and covering the pencil line). It wears like I've lined my lips with a great quality liner in the exact same shade as whatever lipstick I put over it. It's not drying like a lot of lip liners can be. It's sort of soft and waxy. That does mean that it wears down fairly quickly; I sharpened it twice in the first week. But I think quick wear is the consequence of the awesome texture, and anyway, it's a long pencil. I also tried lining my lips and then filling them in with this pencil before applying lipstick; it definitely increased the wear time and reduced product transfer, but it was a little drying for me to use as a primer (plus, it would wear down REALLY fast that way). But overall I love this liner; it's the only one I'll ever need, which makes me feel better about the price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I don’t wear much makeup, but I recently bought my first red lipstick (Tatcha Geisha Red). I love the color, but I felt like it feathered and didn’t last long enough before I had to reapply. I purchased this lip liner, and I’m more than happy with it. The feathering has completely stopped, and I notice much less transfer onto the glass when drinking. It’s easy to use, feels good, and works well. This is my first and only lip liner for life.

Perfection

This is a luxury lipliner and you definitely get what you pay for. Beautiful colour, beautiful texture. I have the Givenchy lipstick in the grenat colour. The red is a bit darker than carmin and I was worried about getting this lipliner but I trusted the charts that Givenchy has and it ended up looking great. I will definitely repurchase.

universal transparent is great

The universal transparent works great. I used it with lip gloss and it kept my lipgloss from bleeding into my lip lines. It does get hard though so you have to be careful not to break it.

Something New

Always on the lookout for something new, I tried the Transparent Liner to see if it worked. I overlined my lips, to keep my lipstick in place throughout the day. It kept my lipstick from feathering but not from leaving a print on my coffee cup. I'll use a setting spray next time for that.
