Retinolserum mod aldring

This is some of the worst smelling stuff I have had the pleasure of putting on my face. I have struggled with fine lines on my forehead since I was in my teens, and this is the first product I've used where I have noticed a difference. It smells... like medicine. Which is what it is. Like others have noted, the tube feels rather empty, but you honestly don't need much.

Where’s the Retinol

I was disappointed in the results of this serum Why? Because there weren’t any. And be advised as another reviewer noted, the tube initially appears to be a goodly amount, but most of it is air. I went through it in two weeks. Look elsewhere!

The best affordable retinol! I can definitely tell a difference after using it for a while and it’s not irritating to my dry skin.

As most people have mentioned, the smell is... there. If I keep a mindset of "okay, this is medicine for my face" it isn't as bad. It does not work as well as the higher end retinol serums I have tried in the past, but at this price point it is actually a pretty solid product for how much you get. I am in my mid-30s with larger pores/textured skin (no real wrinkles though) and my face does feel plumper in the morning. I think if you are just starting out on retinols, have younger skin, and/or are on a budget - you cannot really go wrong with it. The smell is a hit or miss for people though. I cannot really explain the smell, but it is sweet? medicinal? but I do not really notice it after a minute or two.

Just the retinol you need without fancy things

Best little thing for my skin. I am in my second bottle and I fully recommend to any person initiating with retinol or sensitive skin as me.

Favorite product from this brand

I use it twice a week before going to bed and wake up looking radiant. Can be a little harsh on the undereyes if not paired up with a nice thick lotion. I like to use Laneige's "Cica Sleeping Mask" with it

Great beginner retinol!

I have very sensitive, dry skin. I just finished my first bottle of this - wow!! My skin is looking the best its ever been. Seriously. It's a great beginner retinol. At first, I started with the moisturizer-sandwich-method (moisturizer, then retinol, and then moisturizer again). Only using 2-3 times a week. Eventually, I was able to use almost daily with just moisturizer on top. No breakouts, no purging, no peeling. I'm going to try a stronger retinol next, but if my skin doesn't like it - I'm coming back to this!! Highly recommend.

Cheating customer who are loyal to your brand!!

Highly disappointed in my recent order. I have been using this product but my last order I received half of a bottle of that. Adding pictures of my new and old one to reference. Don’t cheap people who are loyal to your brand!!

Smells RANCID

It doesn’t even matter if this product works or not because I cannot get myself to use it due to the horrible smell. It smells SO terrible and sour!

Great serum!

I've been using this serum for a while now and I don't think I will ever stop! Felt the retinol working the first week as my skin got used to it, and it soaks into the skin well while being lightweight. The price is a steal for the quality of the product!

Must have!

If you’re consistent enough, you will see results within a month or two. And for a retinal serum it’s not expensive like others and it works!
