I was excited but let down

Huuuge disappointment. I adore Mugler and their fragrances are legendary but this one missed the mark. It’s a very strong nauseating fruit smell, does not smell luxurious. Smells like a bath and body works body splash. I was interested by the reviews that said this had a “campfire” smell, which i usually love, but i got zero woody or smoky notes from this. Very one-note raspberry/peach.

Beast fragrance

This is a strong perfume with amazing lasting power. To me it smells like you were near a campfire wearing a fruity body spray. If you don’t like oud/woody fragrances, this is definitely not for you. I gave it away because I’m more of a gourmand girl.

Compliments galore

I LOVE this perfume. It is sweet and floral. I get so many compliments when I wear it. It’s almost a given someone will say something to me about it. Love love love!

Juicy sweet but elevated

Mugler just knows how to do fragrance right. Longevity is phenomenal - beast mode on me. Expertly blended fruity-floral with a nice woody base to hold it all together. You get the fresh sparkling lychee and jammy raspberry mingling effortlessly with a modern rose in the background. The sweetness is there throughout the entire wear time of the perfume, but it is not juvenile at all. Then, on dry down, the slightly peppery woody base comes out. It's delicious and modern. This scent is excellent for spring/summer but would work well in cooler months as well. If sweet perfumes are your thing, I think this is signature scent worthy.

Most complimented fragrance

By far my favorite scent! Mix of sweet and floral. Every time I wear this I get an instance amount of compliments

Black Butler vibes

It's giving that one scene in black butler where Ciel is drinking tea and there's rose bushes in the background.

Not bad just not for me

Loved the opening but not the dry down. I think I don’t like the akigalawood note in the base. Received compliments but ended up returning because I didn’t like the dry down. I’d recommend if you don’t mind the dry down..

Angel nova is one the best perfumes I own and that is actually worth it’s price because I spray some on and it lasts me so long. Plus everyone gives me compliments when I have it on

Favorite Perfume

Love this scent! So sad that it’s been discontinued. I normally go for fresh scents but I absolutely love this. It’s sweet smelling without being too overpowering. I get so many compliments every time I wear it.

go for a lower price dupe

This is a very nice smell, I would consider it very close to Burberry’s Her and B&BW Gingham Love, a middle and lower price dupe I would recommend. The smell is slightly distinct but honestly nothing that Burberry Her doesn’t already do. I don’t usually complain about staying power, as scents, like glosses, need to be reapplied, but for this price it’s a no for me. I really can’t even recommend this above Her or even Gingham Love. If you really want to splurge and get something nice I’d say go for it but just know the staying power is maybe a few hours at most. I love this perfume! Discovered Mugler Angel Nova because of Heart Evangelista. Highly recommend!
