After using this product I can say that I really like this product. It makes my skin feel hydrated and does seem to reduce redness. Really great at night or in the morning.

I saw no difference and I went through a whole bottle.

Love this product

I really like this product. It makes my skin feel hydrated and does seem to reduce redness. Really great at night or in the morning. Plus the packaging is really good quality.

Nice serum and moisturizer

I don’t use everyday but when I do my skin feels soothed and hydrated. I feel like a little of the product goes a long way. I really liked the packaging and how it loads up the next application for you. My skin doesn’t get red very often but it does feel cooler after using this. I received the product in exchange for a review so I don’t know if I will be purchasing when it’s gone as it is quite pricey.

Only made things worse :(

I wish it was still possible for me to return this product, since the Dr Jart Cicapair Sensitive Skin Serum actually made my skin sensitivity and redness much worse. I was looking for something to add hydration, soothe my skin, and improve my complexion. It did none of this: after I apply the serum my face burns and turns splotchy red, way worse than it looked before. Adding this review as a warning to others who are dealing with sensitive skin. I definitely recommend testing the product to see if it works for you.

Miss old formula.

The old formula was better and felt better. It was more moisturizing, but now it doesn't feel like it's doing much. I went through four bottles of the old formula, and I will stop purchasing after the new formula change.

Good for normal skin

Great cream for reducing the redness. The first week initially I had some sensitivity since I have sensitive skin but I can see now how much my skin has changed. I still have some tingling feeling but no burning sensation and it works great for regular skin too since my bf has also used it. Highly recommend for normal skin. Take your chances with sensitive skin.

Incredible Results

This is PERFECTION! I have very sensitive, red skin- and I've tried 90% of the anti-redness lines available, (including Dr. Jart's Tiger Grass Treatment which actually led to increased sensitivity, redness, and significant breakouts). I was hesitant to try this new Dr. Jart line because of how poorly my skin did with their Tiger Grass Treatment. But I saw the reviews and gave this a try- I'm so happy I did! I've been dealing with progressively worsening redness for about 25 years. I've tried anti-redness lines from the extremely high end brands to the more moderately priced ones, but they've all been similar: they'd either worsen my symptoms, or start to show signs they could work, but after a day or two of use, my skin would either be overly oily or overly dry- and still red. I've been using this serum for a few weeks, and my skin is RADIANT, soft, and balanced. Most importantly, the redness has been significantly reduced! I use this morning and night with the Cicapair cream and toner. The combination feels like a dream. My skin is glowing, and I don't need to wear as much makeup. I'm so happy I found these products. I hope they NEVER stop making them- highly recommend!!

A good option for those who are looking for a hydrating serum, however, it's not special and worth a repurchase.
