Contour Sculpting Powder - Contouring

blends really well!

I’m more hesitant with powder contours than cream contours, but I’ve been into trying a lot of Natasha’s releases lately. I figured I’d pick this up, and boy am I happy I did! I love the effect it gives, it lasted perfectly through a long plane ride in a heat wave, and after I completed my makeup, I looked in the mirror & just had one of those days where I felt prettier than normal. I love it! It blends out like butter, and doesn’t awkwardly stick or move, and is cooperative with my setting spray. One thing that I noticed was that some of these shades look pretty light. I definitely know what shade of contour works for me, I bought shade 3 with my porcelain skin, and it’s perfect. I’m not sure how the lighter shades compare, or how well the darker shades work on deeper skin tones, so I suggest sifting through the reviews to try and find a skin color match’s opinion. It gets 5 stars from my personal experiences though!

TERRIBLE! I usually dont write reviews but o m g, I applied this before leaving my house and it looked alright. I later check myself on the mirror and the horror, it looked like I had played in the dirt for too long and my face was all muddy. Not worth it!

Really muddy and didn't blend well at all. Tried with multiple foundations, brushes, powder and no powder.

Why all the negatives?

I don’t know why this is receiving so many poor reviews. I absolutely love it! It’s lightweight, it blends beautifully, and gives you a natural look.

Soooo warm, warmer than my bronzer even! And it’s pretty patchy too. I’ll be returning it

not cool toned or matte

I am totally heartbroken! This is advertised as a “matte cool toned sculpting powder” and it is anything but! It is warm toned on my fair skin and has actual glitter in it! If I wasn’t abroad right now I would return it. I do not recommend.

I happened upon this contour powder after discovering the KVD one I used was discontinued and boy I'm happy I gave it a shot. I absolutely love the color and how it blends so perfectly into my skin! I will be stocking up on this for sure!

Not Really a Contour Powder

I like the way this product preforms in terms of the formula, the finishing, the packaging, but I was caught off guard when I first used it because it is not a cool-toned contour powder at all. This is a warm-toned matte bronzer. I'm disappointed and will be returning it because I wanted a literal contouring powder with cool undertones. This product is very pigmented, however, and has a nice finish on the skin in great packaging, but I am not looking for another bronzer. My issue with this product is it either needs to be advertised as a matte bronzing powder or the shade needs to be adjusted to be a cool-toned contour powder. Maybe it's my skin tone or undertones because some reviewers have said this appeared cool-toned on them. So idk what was up with the product I bought, but it was a no for me in terms of a contour powder. If you are looking for a good quality bronzer, then this might be a good option for you.

Gorgeous powder, limited shade range

The size of this product is fantastic. Very high quality powder- super pigmented. I wanted this to work for me but it's just too cool for my skin tone. I'm light with neutral undertones. i was hoping for a cool toned bronzer but for my skin tone, it's REALLY just for contouring.

Best shades

Contouring is meant to be in cool tones. I don't understand why every brand makes warm tone contour products. Those should just be marketed as bronzers. I used to love the Becca contour shade. It was the exact shade contouring should be...and then it was discontinued. The only one that was similar was the Kevyn Aucoin one but it was double the price for half the amount of product. So thrilled when I came across this. It's still a little on the warm side for a 'cool' tone but it's as close as I'm going to find anywhere plus it's quite a large pan so it lasts forever.

Shade 2 is too warm not cool at all.

Natasha Denona has never let me down. Her eyeshadows are amazing and she made me a loyal customer with her Glam Palette-I mean I’m a warm toned lover but that cool toned palette is dreamy on my skin tone. Anyways. I decided to give her contour powder a thinking that the description of cool medium tone would work. OMG! It was too warm. It resembled the CT bronze powder in the bronze and glow. I had to return it. I have it two stars for the texture and wear

Solid bronzer

As others have mentioned, the product is pretty great. It reminds me of my too faced dark chocolate bronzer- I swatched them side by side- so similar that i couldn't justify keeping it despite it's quality. Bronzer is super pigmented and finely milled. Literally zero gripes however, it's not what I thought it would be nor what it's advertised. Even the image looks as if it could be cool undertoned contour powder. It's not- It's a bronzer
