Smells amazing! This is now my daily perfume to wear. Will definitely buy more when this one runs out. Lasts all day and have gotten many compliments.

In my opinion, this perfum might be too strong for me, the initial scent was delightful, but after a couple hours of wear, I’d prefer the scent would subsides, but it hasn’t! Might be good for those who prefer this though! Packaging is super cool I have to say!

I am so obsessed with this scent! It sprays such a good amount and the scent is so beautiful. It is dark and sweet and a great winter and fall scent. It is long lasting without being too overwhelming. Would be an amazing gift for someone special in your life’

Luxury in a bottle

The rich scent of this perfume last quite long - not all day wear though. It is not an over whelming scent but is noticeable. The warmth of the scent is great as we transition to fall. The packaging is luxurious and heavy

A must have

At first I wasn’t sure about this fragrance but after trying it on a few times it really grew on me. It’s a deep almost sexy smelling perfume. The scent stayed on all day. Would be perfect for a date or night out on the town.

Warm, spicy scent with great projection and longevity. Perfect for fall/winter. Would be a good date night scent if your partner likes strong scents.

Amazing smell, it stays for super long long! The bottle is beautiful and looks like a piece of art! It sprays the perfect amount! It is a must have to any scent collection!

I really liked this perfume! The packaging is glass and sleek with a matte black finish. The scent is woodsy yet floral and it’s a great scent for both women and men. Definitely worth the try!

Great long lasting scent

I love the scent of this product. The scent stays all day long but it is not too overpowering. It is a warmer/woody scent. There are alot of scents that are too strong and give me a headache but not this one. The packaging is sleek and sophisticated.

Mature scent

Love the shape of the bottle - very sleek and cutesy! The smell is a little intense for my liking, feels like it is made for a more mature person. The scent does last for a little while, which is good.

I like the aesthetics of the glass bottle, it reminds me of a bottle of fountain pen ink, however it's a bit hard to remove the cap and the spray is much too heavy, with no way to modulate the amount of perfume sprayed out, leaving the scent way too strong. The perfume has a unique and complex scent profile, which leans a bit more unisex/ masculine in my opinion. This wouldn't be something I would wear on a daily basis. Unfortunately it is not very long lasting either and fades completely by around 3-4 hours.

Bold universal scent

I recently had the chance to try L'Interdit Absolu by Givenchy, which was released in 2024. This fragrance stands out with its Oriental Floral profile, mixing spicy, floral, and gourmand elements to create something quite distinct. From the initial spray, the fragrance presents a captivating blend of Guatemalan Cardamom, Lavender, and Neroli. The cardamom’s warm spiciness immediately catches the nose, complemented by the fresh, aromatic lavender and a hint of citrus from the neroli. This combination creates a rich and intriguing opening, though it can feel a bit intense at first. As it develops, the heart of L'Interdit Absolu reveals itself with notes of Indian Tuberose, Orange Blossom, and Jasmine Sambac. The tuberose here has a fruity edge, reminiscent of cherry or strawberry. While this twist is interesting, it can come across as overly sweet when paired with the rum, which adds a boozy element. The Orange Blossom and Jasmine Sambac contribute a creamy, floral richness that blends well with the tuberose, creating a lush and indulgent midsection. The base notes of Tobacco, Rum, Patchouli, and Haitian Vetiver form a deep, warm foundation. The tobacco is present but well-integrated, and the rum adds a sweet, boozy depth. The patchouli and vetiver provide an earthy, woody counterbalance, grounding the fragrance and giving it notable longevity. I’ve found that L'Interdit Absolu lasts throughout the day, often lingering for 8-10 hours with a moderate sillage that projects well without being overpowering. In comparison to other L'Interdit versions, Absolu feels darker and more intense. It carries a slightly unisex appeal due to its strong tobacco and rum notes, contrasting with the more traditionally feminine or neutral tones of earlier releases. Overall, L'Interdit Absolu is a bold and complex fragrance that pushes the boundaries of the L'Interdit line.
