Hydrating Shampoo - Aloe Vera

Great for my fine hair!

I love this shampoo! I have fine, hilighted hair. Moisturizing shampoos tend to weigh my hair down. Not this! It’s clear, which surprised me because normally moisturizing shampoos are creamy. This leaves my hair full and pretty. The scent is a bit masculine for me, but happily it doesn’t last long on my hair.

Love it!

I have naturally curly/coily hair and I use this shampoo every time I wash my hair, about once a week. It’s hydrating without stripping. I recommend it as it works wonders for my 3c/4a hair texture.

Avoid if sensitive to perfume

I received this as a free sample with my order. There was an extremely strong perfumed scent in this shampoo. It was so strong and overpowering that I couldn't use it at all. Avoid this product if you are sensitive to perfumes.

I received a sample size of this product and I was excited to try it. First off, this shampoo smells like a man's cologne. It does lather nicely and my scalp did feel clean afterwards. However, it did not hydrate my hair like it claims to do. I think it might have made my ends more dry... For reference, I have dry ends from hair dye but my scalp does get greasy easily (fine Asian hair is a chore).

If you have curly hair DO NOT USE

I was super excited about this product. I have natural curly hair. It dried out my hair immediately. I would not recommend this product!

Good stuff

I liked this stuff so much, that I've already purchased the second bottle during the annual spring sale. Great for my super sensitive seborrheic scalp. No extra color, no oils, no silicones - I really appreciate that. Its washing base is quite gentle but still it's sudsy. The fragrance is gender neutral, it's of barely there type which is also a big plus for me. Not too bad for my chemically treated blonde ends too! Doesn't resemble a clarifying shampoo at all, but still I can't use it without a conditioner. Wish it was a bit cheaper though.

I have finally found the one !!

I am 44 yrs. old and have combination scalp and hair . Deeply over stimulated oily sebum on the crown area of my head and deeply dry ends .Until now . Christophe Robin Aloe Vera hydrating shampoo has completely balanced my hair . No more oily scalp and no more dry ends . No scent .I gave 5 stars !

I didn’t notice any major difference to my hair from the sample I tried. It smells very masculine so if you prefer feminine scents, I would not recommend.

I have fine, thin hair and this is absolutely amazing for my hair. It’s never been or looked so healthy. It doesn’t strip my hair but cleans it. I’m not a dry shampoo user. Dry shampoo does bad things to my hair. Using this shampoo, my hair still looks and feels great the next day. Love it!

bad result, twisted hair

Very bad result of this. My hair totally twisted together by using this shampoo with the conditioner......i have normal to oily scalp, after I use them, my scalp is soooo tight and uncomfortable. I think it shouldn’t be named as hydrating shampoo, because it’s not keeping hair hydrating at all.... I don’t know why there are so many YouTuber recommended it....

Recyclable, clean, luxury feeling haircare!

I have thick colored curly hair but the hairs themselves are rather fine and am a once a week washer. This shampoo, in combo with the aloe vera conditioner, works great on my hair. After the shampoo, your hair will feel really (*really*) clean, not a filmy run your hands through your hair feeling, which is what I think alarms people. But after the conditioner your hair will TOTALLY feel silky and have the roots be fresh and clean. I recommend scrubbing hard while the shampoo is in, rinsing it out, and not trying to run your hands through your hair and achieve that silky feeling in between, but leaving it alone after rinsing the shampoo and then putting the conditioner on. You can detangle your hair, etc, after that. Also, it's worth noting that the packaging is recyclable and there's really clean ingredients in the product.

Not a fan

I have very fine, long, wavy hair. I typically wash my hair every 4-5 days but I can easily go a week between washes. Since using this product, my hair feels brittle, tangles more easily, and is very greasy by day 3 to the point where I feel compelled to wash it. I enjoy some products from this brand but this one is a miss.
