Smells lovely

Cleans my hair really thoroughly but occasionally left my hair a bit dry. I felt this shampoo worked the best when double shampooing with another moisturising shampoo so your cleaning but moisturising my scalp at the same time. Probably wouldn't buy it again just because of the price point but overall a nice shampoo.

I've tried a few shampoos targeting hair loss at varying prices and after using this for a while I've definitely experienced reduced hair fall

Frizzy Mess on my hair. I wanted to love it.

I don’t even know if it helped (I am breastfeeding and hair fall is sure a problem) but this shampoo made my hair so frizzy, I am returning it. It smells amazing though. Maybe good for oily scalps?

I got a sample of this which I am glad about because I wouldn’t have bought a full bottle without knowing if it works as it is pricier. Overall, this is a great shampoo if you have concerns of overall hair loss due to breakage. I use it as my regular shampoo and I use the Ouai detox shampoo once a week. I have a flaky and oily scalp with damaged ends so it’s tough to find good products, but my hair has not been falling out as much. Plus it smells really good, and it personally has not irritated my scalp, but if your scalp is more on the sensitive side, this product does have fragrance in it but it is the last ingredient on the list, so it is a subtle scent.

Not for Sensitive scalps!

My scalp became so red, irritated and itchy from using this shampoo. Such a heavy fragrance, which I'm sure is what contributed to the irritation. My hair also never felt clean even with a double shampoo.

Amazing!!

I’ve been using this product for the past two weeks now and I have already noticed such a difference. My hair is cleaner, healthier, softer, less hair fall. I am absolutely in love with this product. I also paired it with the night serum and its amazing

Quite disappointed

I was recommended this brand by a friend. I followed the guidance on the website to find the ideal match for my hair. I've been struggling will quite significant hair fall and my hair is quite oily ( usually needs washing by the 3rd day). I have been using this for a month now. The positives are that the product does seem to last quite a long time, I still have over half the bottle left. It does smell nice and in the past week or so I have noticed much less hair fall. The down side is that this makes my hair unbelievably greasy. My hair is greasy and lank after only 5 or 6 hours, there's just no volume to it anymore which is something I've never struggled with. Luckily I work from home so have been avoiding washing it every day but it doesn't feel nice! For the price paid I am really quite disappointed with this product.

Terrible product

My hairdresser talked me into buying this shampoo and conditioner. I tried it twice and it was awful, even though I used the conditioner, my hair was so dry it looked awful. It went into the bin and for something so expensive I was not happy. Terrible product and definitely does not do what they claim.

Amazing shampoo

Never using another shampoo again! Incredible! Love it!

Noticed a bald spot on the top of my head around late August, did some reading & bought this Kerastase shampoo & conditioner in September & noticed results within the first 2 weeks. Im still using regularly now. I attached pics from Before & now in November. 10/10

Good shampoo!

Surprised this doesn’t have better reviews! I do think it is slightly over priced and doesn’t last very long but I did notice it helped with my hair fall out using a few times a week alongside nioxin.
