Smells off, stripped colour not my thing

I only used the product three times I just couldn't get by the smell. I read the reviews and purchased all three and by far not cheap. Most of the reviews are from people who got this item from Top Box I paid cash. The pre-wash made my hair feel like straw understandable it is stripping my hair but it stripped my colour as well, the shampoo did not lather very well and being the bottle is so small for the cost you do not want to use a lot of product, the conditioner was okay but again I did not see a huge difference or any after the third use and just couldn't get over the smell. Honestly, I wonder if people paid full price for the product and did not get it a trial box if they would still give it such high ratings. I know you get what you pay for but in this case I don't think that I did. I will not be purchasing it again.

Solid product

I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes. Love that the packaging is a pump (the rest of the line was twist off so not ideal. If you are not a fan of strong scents I would say avoid this. As someone who loves a strong scent I I loved that the scent lasted. I've never used a pre-wash product so this was an interesting experience. I usually only use shampoo on my scalp and then condition from mid shaft to ends. With this product you don't rinse it out and shampoo over it so I had to get use to that. Using the whole line my hair has felt almost lighter and very soft. It's less tangly and I found I could go a bit longer between washes (my hair normally gets oily the day I wash it). All in all I would say good product, removed on star for the price.

I was super excited to receive it as I never tried a pre-shampoo before, this was the first time I would be using a pre-shampoo product. I have long, quite thick hair and as most mine is prone to damage from everyday styling and environmental factors as in my area we have quite a lot of pollution, so naturally I try to be on the lookout for products that promise to restore and rejuvenate my hair but that also deliver on that promise. I use it as directed, incorporated it into my haircare routine, applying it on wet hair, waiting for 5 minutes and then shampooing. Forst thing I loves was the scent of the product, subtle but fresh. Upon application, I noticed how lightweight the formula felt on my hair, not greasy and no heavy residues. Hair looks great, more healthy, ready to tackle the hardships of the day. Love it,definetly a keeper.

A new step in my hair care routine!

This is my first experience using a pre-shampoo product. Loved the smell of the product and after a week of use, I do notice that my hair has become a bit lighter and a bit softer even though I use hot styling tools. Pre shampoo hair care

I am using the kerastate premiere pre shampoo for few weeks and loving the results. This pre shampoo is really good for removing the effects of hard water. Decent pre-shampoo!

I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes. I’ve never tried a pre-shampoo treatment before so I was interested to see how my hair would react! I have bleached, damaged hair so I was hoping to see some decent results! The product smells nice and goes onto the hair easily. I didn’t see a huge difference after use - compared to what I usually use, my hair felt a little bit drier. I’ll continue to use it as I don’t see any obvious negatives and I’m hoping to see more results with more time.
