Hard to completely wash out

I could never get wash all of the scrub bits out of my hair. I would keep finding them in my hair. It made me concerned I was doing more harm than good.

First impression

I bought this scalp scrub with the intention of soothing my itchy scalp. After the first use, my scalp felt clean and the itchiness was gone. However, by the second day, the itchiness returned and my scalp felt dry again. I'm not sure if this product is effective for me, but I will continue using it to see if it improves. I will update this review after I finish the bottle.

A must have in your self care routine!

I had never tried a product like this but now I will continue to purchase. Left my scalp super clean, it’s easy to use, and is a great bang for your buck. The only thing I did’t love was the smell, but it is tolerable

The worst scalp scrub, it was hard to use and get worked into the scalp. Did not dissolve easily and this product does not foam up when you work it into the scalp.

I love this scalp scrub! It smells so good… it’s the perfect gritty texture that you feel you’re truly getting your scalp clean. Since using it I’ve noticed I can go longer in between washes.

Strong patchouli scent-awful!

The scent is called wild ginger, but has very strong patchouli sent, especially after it’s washed out during the day. I just used it this morning and now all I can smell is patchouli. I wish I had known this before I night it as I am extremely sensitive to patchouli and nose had to wash my hair again today, and take time out to return this. It smells awful I wish companies were more transparent/obvious about all the scents they use in their products Additionally, I followed the directions and applied to wet hair and it dissolved before I felt like I could get a decent exfoliation in

Amazing on itchy scalps!

I am definitely blown away by this product. I followed the instructions and applied a scoop to my wet scalp. I divided and lifted sections of my hair so I could reach the scalp. Massaged it in and then rinsed. It does take a bit of time to rinse out but I didnt mind. The scent was pleasant too and not overbearing. I applied it to unshampooed hair. Once it was all out, I conditioned my hair mid shaft to the ends. I let my hair air dry most of the time. Wow!! No flakes to be seen and my scalp felt amazing. Would def purchase again once I run out.

Great smell but difficult to apply

Not my favorite product. It definitely removes some dry skin and smells really nice but it's very difficult to apply and focus the product on your scalp. I probably wouldn't buy again.

Glad I tried it

After first wash I noticed my smooth my ends got, even after masks or conditioner it was giving me the results. This scrub is not oily for my thin hair, it’s giving me volume

Not worth the hype.

I really wanted to like this but it’s a no for me. You go through a lot of product very quickly to get an okay lather going. And if you struggle with psoriasis on your scalp like me, the salt stings when it hits your scalp. I used it all but wouldn’t bug again.

Smells gorgeous and does an amazing job of removing build up. I only use it every two weeks or monthly and a little goes a long way, so it will last awhile. Depending on the texture of your hair, you may need more or to be more deliberate with how you apply.

Not 100% sold on it… yet

I’ve been using this for about a month now and while my scalp is feeling good, my hair feels dry- even with deep conditioning. Anyone else have this problem?
