Leaves My Skin Greasy

I was SO excited to try this product! Just adding it to moisturizers sounded so easy, and it is. Unfortunately, the drops leave my skin just TOO greasy. Both the light and dark blends read too golden, and opposed to bronze, on my skin. A great idea, but more hassle than I need.

Used 1-2 drops to test and turned my skin orange. Did not come off all the way, even after washing my skin 6+ times. However, it does work really well for those who are looking for a more permanent "tan."

Had allergic reaction/rash

Had sensitive, red bumpy skin after using once, must have been an allergic reaction.

Gave me cystic acne!

Got a small sample with my recent order. Used before bed and woke up with my skin breaking up in horrific, painful, cystic acne! :/ DO NOT use if you have sensitive acne prone skin. I wish I read all the negative reviews BEFORE trying this product. I have been doing so good and didn’t have breakouts in months. And now will have to deal with the aftermath of this product. Cystic acne takes weeks to heal! :( Oh and the “glow” is barely noticeable and streaky. NOT worth it.

A great gentle, buildable tan

This is a great tanning product....it's very light and buildable. You can't over-do it. It gives a nice, gentle bronze touch to your face.

Not a fan

This product doesn’t smell good. I always mix with my moisturizer and still broke me out. It does tan your face though, just didn’t work well for me

Not worth it

Smells pretty bad. And it got into my pores and make my pores dark and stand out. Would not recommend

Made me break out but did make me tanner

I did notice a difference and it wasn’t blotchy but i wasn’t looking as tan as I had hoped! This also made me break out on my forehead!

These were okay, but I prefer isle of paradise tanning drops. This was harder to get an even application with and was a tinge orange for my liking. The scent is very strong initially, but fades.

Adds healthy-looking color to my face

This product adds a natural-looking, healthy glow to my face and neck. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I have to be careful to brush out my eyebrows after application, or the color builds around my eyebrows.

Natural looking and doesn't break me out - a win!

I've tried a few face products from the big self tanner brands and unfortunately all of them have broken me out! Then this product entered my life. I only do one to two drops in my night cream (I use Biossance Omega Repair Cream for reference) then mix it thoroughly in my hands and apply as normal. I have only had one patchiness issue and it was on my under eye which shouldn't have had the self tanner near it anyways. It does fade within a few days, especially if you use a salicylic acid at night. I use the drops every other night to maintain some nice color.

Needs to last longer!

Love this product to tan my face. Just wish it lasted longer than a day or 2. (I use 2 drops with my moisturizer).
