Gorgeous/cakey shimmers & crumbly mattes

The palette is beautiful but the application no matter how you use this palette is unfortunately is not the smooth, pigmented and creamy texture I have come to love by Natasha Denona. The shimmers are beautiful but clumpy and seem to flake off if applied thicker but when applied in thinner layers they are semi patchy. The mattes are dusty and not pigmented unless you’re using a white super stick base. This is a palette for a full glam and not a medium glam or a sexy subtle smoke day to day looks. It’s unfortunate but true. Also no true black or black mattes, a typical staple in a smokey look. This palette is recommended if you do full faces, need a variety of shimmers or enjoy having fallout on your cheeks from blinking.

An Unexpected Love For Me

I was not expecting to fall in love with this palette as much as I did. I LOVE the color story of this palette. You can create a variety of smokey eye looks. Highly recommend!

Save your money

Beautiful looking colors but the some barely show or are very blotchy and or chunky. Some feel like cream yet it falls off in chunks while trying to apply. Tried brushes, finger, q tip, foam applicator, same for each. Doesn’t blend well

Great formula but pigments are meh

The formula is excellent. ND, makes incredible shadows. However, the shade variations & pigments with this pallet just weren’t it for me. They all look the same on. I ended up returning.

I’m absolutely loving the looks I achieve with this palette. So pretty and works day into night. More fallout than usual from ND, however I work around that. Love, love, love

Wow

Just wow. Really surprised by the quality and variety. Not so similar once you start mixing the shades on the eye lids, especially using different matts underneath different shimmers.

Just phenomenal

I was extremely excited to try out this beautiful palette from Natasha. First off, my first impressions is the beautiful array of colors that can be wearable for either day or night looks. Next, was the quality. The shadows had no fallout and lasted me throughout the day & night. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful palette!

Bold and pigmented

Gorgeous, bold, buttery, blendable, dramatic and highly contrasted and pigmented eyeshadow palette. Im usually more of a nude-palette but I stepped out of my comfort zone with this one and I’m so glad I did.

This palette is such a beautiful array of colors. It is primarily made up of cooler shades which are perfect for the winter. The mattes are super easy to blend and the shimmers are buttery and easy to use. Gifted by Natasha Denona

Misleading photos, hard to blend

Not sure if I got a weird palette or if the other reviews lean positive because the reviewers received free ones, but I've found this palette to be hugely disappointing. I really liked ABH's original Sultry palette from a few years ago and was hoping to feel the same way about the Xenon midi, but this palette is way worse in terms of both quality and versatility. I love the color story in the product images, but in practice, this palette is much more one-note. The light shimmers are lovely in the pan but when applied, they're all the same kind of translucent sparkle and have no color payoff at all. The dark shades all look the same on the eye, and the many light grays are totally redundant as they all have the same undertones (in person, "flurry" and "snirt" are cool-toned grays, not warmer shades). All the looks I've done (despite using different shades) have pulled blue by the end, creating frosty, almost denim looks, so even more than with other palettes, note that your undertones will greatly influence how these colors show up on you. As for product application itself, the darker colors are surprisingly hard to blend and keep coming out patchy. I know dark shades can be tricky for brand, but at this price point, I'm surprised it's such an issue. The lighter mattes are very nice in terms of application, but the shimmers are finicky and prone to fall out, and as I mentioned, the light ones have zero pigment; this makes sense if you consider them toppers, but if you're trying to use them to make up for the patchiness of the dark colors, they're useless. "Skilt" is the worst of the bunch; I can't get my brush to pick it up, which is a shame because it's beautiful in the pan. Overall, save your money and don't fall for the hype! Even on sale, it's not worth the money.
